Business as Usual (Sort of!)

Following advice for the Government, we have reviewed our policies and procedures and we are going to resume home visits where remote support is not an option. From Monday you can book a home visit with us, these are some of the measures we have implemented to protect us all for the time being:-

1. We have Government approved PPE and will be wearing it where deemed necessary.
2. We shall have anti bacterial wipes to protect us all from the spread of COVID-19.
3. We can enter and leave your property without coming into direct contact with one another.
4. We have online billing and can take card payment online or over the phone, we shall not be accepting cash or cheques until further notice.
